A balanced, healthy and nutritional diet is crucial to a child’s growth and development and well being. We aim to provide a diverse, varied and fun meal plan to each child, all the while educating them on how to eat well, and exposing them to an assortment of foods from different backgrounds and cultures as encouraged through the OFSTED framework. We are also happy to accommodate to specific dietary needs and requirements. Meal times are also a social experience. Children learn to eat together, learn table manners, and the necessity of setting the table and of course cleaning up after!

Furthermore, recent statistics show that one in three children and young adults are obese! This is something that we are helping to combat, teaching moderation and developing good habits that will carry over into later life!
